This programme explores 4 unique teaching styles and their combinations. This does not just help trainee teachers to find their strength based styles but also allows experienced teachers to adopt new styles in order to best cater for different learning styles.

TEMPERAMENT BASED LEARNING STYLES

Learning and behaviour are greatly connected yet rarely explored together. This programme explores 4 unique learning styles through student temperaments in order to understand, nurture and connect with students in a unique and proactive manner.

RELATIONSHIPS IN THE CLASSROOM

Understanding key factors in student-teacher relationships. We examine how this can be improved through temperament rapport building using the 4 teacher styles and4 student profiles. Exploring the different combinations will help map the different approaches and teacher/student improved interactions.

STUDENT MENTAL PITFALLS

Mental health has a great impact on a student’s learning experiences and capacities in a classroom as well as the whole school journey. This programme involves an analysis of common mental pitfalls of students including depression, anxiety, anger and addictions. This programme aims at showcasing how to counter each mental pitfall.

AN EDUCATOR’S BEHAVIOURAL AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

This programme covers the essential areas that a teacher needs to cater for the emotional and behavioural needs of students. Accessibility, responsiveness, and emotional engagement- 3 crucial areas of relationship building which are explored for teachers to practically implement with their students in the classroom.

Programmes range from half day workshops to 6 week programmes.
